Refund Policy

Short version: changed your mind? Email us within 7 days of buying and we'll refund you in full. No questions asked.

When you get a full refund

• Within 7 days of purchase, for any reason. Just ask. If your square is already live, we take it down and refund you.
• Any time, if your square never went live. For example, if we couldn't approve your logo and you'd rather not swap it.
• Any time, if we remove your square for breaking our content rules.
• If you were charged by mistake (for example, charged twice), we refund the extra charge.

How to ask

Email dollarwall@mail.tab.bot from the email you used at checkout, with your business name (or spot number). We'll confirm by email.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original card through Stripe. Your bank can take 5–10 business days to show it.

After 7 days

Once your square has been live for more than 7 days, the purchase is final, but you can still email us any time to change your logo, name or link for free.
